Over the course of four weeks, starting October 28, you’ll have the chance to focus on daily habits that help you feel stronger, more energized, and more intentional about your health. From better sleep to cleaner eating, the Lifestyle Challenge is designed to guide you toward sustainable improvements that don’t feel overwhelming.

So, why should you sign up? Accountability and support. One of the greatest benefits of the Lifestyle Challenge is the sense of community that comes with it. You won’t be alone in this journey—group and team accountability will keep you motivated, and the encouragement you get from others helps to make sticking with your goals much easier. You’ll also have access to a nutrition workshop and receive valuable tools to help you succeed, like an in-body scan at the beginning and end of the challenge to track your progress. Weekly awards and prizes for top performers keep things fun and rewarding!
