For the month of May we are participating in Sit Ups for Pups! This is to raise awareness for animal shelters, rescue pups and to have fun as a collective community! Check out our fundraising page through the link in our bio. We will be sharing more info but here’s a start from @barbellsforbullies : “We intend to raise awareness by challenging the CrossFit and fitness community at large to accumulate 5 million sit ups - Hence, sit ups for pups! In March 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, we accumulated over 2.3 million - double our goal. We can do that again this year! Any funds raised will be used to disburse grants to dogs in dire need of medical care, pay for pull fees, and pledge money to urgent animals to incentivize urgent dogs.” ... See MoreSee Less
